At IDLords.xyz, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, our straightforward return and exchange process ensures a hassle-free resolution.

 

1. Eligibility & Conditions

Timeframe: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests after this period are ineligible.

Requirements:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (tags/packaging intact).

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) and pre-approval are mandatory.

Include photos/videos of the item when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items:

Discounted/clearance products

Gift cards

Customer-damaged items

 

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email [email protected] with:

Order number

Photos/videos of the item

Reason for return/exchange

We’ll respond with approval/denial within 3 business days.

 

Step 2: Ship the Item

Use a tracked shipping method (untracked returns will not be accepted).

Follow the return address and instructions provided in your approval email.


Step 3: Resolution

Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection (3–5 days post-receipt).

Exchanges: Replacement shipped immediately upon approval.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

Our Error (e.g., wrong/defective item): We cover return shipping + full refund.

Customer’s Error (e.g., wrong size, change of mind): Customer pays return shipping.

No restocking fees apply.

 

4. Refund Details

Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

Allow 5–10 business days for banks/credit card processors to reflect the refund.

5. Order Cancellations

Pre-Shipment: Cancel anytime before shipment for a full refund.

Post-Shipment: Cancellations unavailable; follow the return process instead.
